1.The upper guide bush in the fork pipe is made of bronze, which significantly improves the cooperation of the fork pipe with these bushes.
2.The upper sleeve is not pressed into the fork pipe but through a threaded connection, which allows for repeated assembly and disassembly of this part without fear of losing the press fit of the connected elements.
3. The sleeve with the upper nut has retained its original external appearance, but the seal used inside has a modern design and the sealant is used for reciprocating movement.
4. The upper sleeve also has two internal rings, which help seal the movable connection with the ground part of the leg. And an external ring supporting the seal from the thread of a bronze sleeve screwed into the shank.
5. The oil muffler set also includes a reciprocating wiper that cooperates internally with the suspension strut.
6. Use HL32 oil and pour 150 ml of this oil onto each fork pipe.
7. We make two types of fork pipes, a model with cones in the shelf - the older type. And a newer one with lags mounted on milled splines.
8. The fork pipes are heat treated and the mating surface with the bushings and bottom shelf cone is polished in one setting.
These motorcycles were fitted with front suspension tray kits from at least three subcontractors during its production period. Shelves that are randomly selected, upper and lower, should be checked whether they have the same spacing. If shelves with different spacing are used, after assembly, there may be problems with shifting the front wheel axle and with the suspension itself sticking.
