1. Due to changes in VAT settlements in EU countries effective from July 2021, all VAT rates on products available in the store are calculated at the applicable rate in the country of target sale.
2. As suppliers, material prices, exchange rates and other conditions change, prices may change. Please note that some parts are in very small quantities and their value is incomparable to Chinese designs.
3. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, destination and type of goods. We are always looking for the cheapest and most reliable forwarders.
4. We do not charge extra for packaging except for complete motorcycles, sidecars, trailers and other large units.

Payment Information:

1. We accept cash, bank transfers (preferred) and Paypal. For Paypal payments, the additional fee will be 10% of the total order amount.

2. After placing the order, the Ordering Party receives an e-mail with information that the order has been accepted for processing. Information about the payment method will be sent to the Ordering Party after the order is verified by the store administrator to the indicated e-mail address.

a. For a traditional transfer, the bank account number will be provided.

b. For electronic payment, a special link will be generated and sent, which will redirect the Ordering Party to the selected form of electronic payment.

3. We do not send goods abroad on delivery.

1. Standard shipments are sent via the DHL courier company. All other items with non-standard dimensions or weight will be shipped using an available carrier. Shipping within world wide depending on the size of the package starting from 10 EUR.

2. Shipments to the United States and other overseas regions weighing up to 20 kg will be shipped via First Class Mail or UPS or FedEX.
Due to the long delivery time of goods by post, we recommend shipping via UPS or FedEX. All shipments of this type are considered individually.

1. Orders are placed via the online store. Placing an order does not mean its acceptance for processing.
2. Always include previous emails or the order number in question in your response. This helps a lot.
3. Shipment takes place after the payment is received, especially in the case of new customers.
4. If there are no items in the store's offer, please contact us by e-mail.
5. Since Russian motorcycles have different names in different countries, their names are mixed and the models do not correspond to the documents, photos of the motorcycles are very helpful in identification. This helps avoid mistakes when selecting parts.
6. Frame numbers and serial numbers of Russian motorcycles do not help in identification.
7. The minimum order value is EUR 10.
8. Because we offer a wide range of spare parts made in small batches, orders may take up to 3 to 4 weeks to complete. The Seller has the right to refuse to process the order, e.g. due to the lack of a specific product or the inability to complete the order within the time specified by the Ordering Party. In the case of paid orders, the Seller undertakes to refund the paid amount within 14 days from the date of informing the Ordering Party. The above-mentioned provision does not apply to orders accepted for execution, i.e. those for which a sales contract has been concluded.
9. The Seller shall not be liable in any way for the Ordering Party's transfer of data to third parties (Order Recipients). Any possible claims related to providing the Seller with third party data shall be borne by the Ordering Party.
10. The ordering party may cancel the order before it is accepted for execution.
11. The Seller allows the possibility of canceling an order accepted for processing only if the order has not yet been shipped and is at a stage of processing that allows its withdrawal.
12. A VAT invoice is issued for each order and sent by e-mail to the person placing the order.
13. After completing the order, the Seller sends the order in accordance with the Ordering Party's choice.

Warranty and quality:
1. We make every effort to maintain the good quality of our products and services.
2. We have no influence on the quality of original Russian or Ukrainian (Dnieper) parts. We sell them "as is".
3. We always take responsibility for our work (repairs, renovations).
4.All purchased goods can be returned provided that they have not been used or if the returned goods are of good quality and were purchased by the buyer by mistake.
We do not refund shipping costs.

5. NOS (New Old Stock) parts sometimes show traces of storage, but this does not affect their quality and value.

2. We do not accept shipments sent cash on delivery or shipments sent to Oldtimer Garage without prior contact.
3. Complaints are considered within 14 days from the date of their receipt. In justified cases, the goods will be replaced with full-value ones, and if this is impossible, the amount paid will be refunded.
4. If the order is returned to the sender (Oldtimer Garage) due to an incorrectly provided or incomplete delivery address, the recipient's refusal to accept the parcel or failure to collect the parcel within the specified period, the Ordering Party shall bear the costs of possible re-shipment and the costs of returning the order.
5. Returns of products showing traces of use or installation in a vehicle are not possible.
6. If the goods are returned due to the buyer's fault, the shipping costs are borne by the ordering party.

7. Oldtimer Garage reserves the right to refuse to accept a return if the goods are returned later than 12 months from the date of purchase.
8. Returns do not apply to electronic goods. Goods manufactured or imported to special order. Goods withdrawn or withdrawn from the store's offer.
9. Products such as paints and technical fluids are not returnable!

Withdrawal from the contract:

1. Withdrawal from the contract may take place within 14 days without providing any notice

causes. In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the Buyer to send information regarding the exercise of his right to withdraw from the contract before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires to the following address:

2. In the event of withdrawal from this contract, we will refund all payments received from the Buyer, including the costs of delivering the goods (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Buyer other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we were informed about the Buyer's decision to exercise the right to withdraw from this contract.

3. We will refund the payment using the same payment methods used in the original transaction, unless the Buyer has expressly agreed to a different solution; in any case, the Buyer will not pay any fees in connection with this return. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or until you provide us with proof of returning it, depending on which event occurs first.

4. If the Buyer is obliged to return the received item or deliver it to the following address: Oldtimer Garage, Dobropole Gryfińskie 16A, 74-106 Stare Czarnowo, Poland immediately, and in any case no later than 14 days from the date on which the Buyer informed us about the withdrawal from this contract . The deadline is met if the item is returned before the 14-day deadline. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the item.

5. The deadline for withdrawal from the contract expires after 14 days from the date on which a third party other than the carrier came into possession of the goods. To exercise your right to withdraw from the contract, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract.

The consumer provisions contained in this announcement apply from January 1, 2021 and for contracts concluded from that date also to a buyer who is a natural person concluding a contract directly related to his business activity, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have this person's professional nature, resulting in particular from the subject of his/her business activity, made available on the basis of the provisions on the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity.


1. In the case of companies, the warranty period is one year. The Buyer is obliged to check the purchased goods immediately after receiving the package from the carrier. Defective goods must be delivered to Oldtimer Garage within 14 days of discovering the defect and prior notification of the situation.

2. Oldtimer Garage does not accept complaints about items used improperly, inconsistently with their intended purpose, installed carelessly or inconsistently with the basic principles of "technical culture", as well as in the event of damage resulting from an accident, user error, use of the goods in sports or other a sports event or other use of the goods contrary to their intended use or in conditions inconsistent with their intended use, storing the goods in poor conditions, exposing them to moisture, making unauthorized modifications, alterations, repairs, improper installation, using inappropriate power supply, subjecting them to unreasonable pressure mechanical, failure to comply with the operating instructions or other actions for which Oldtimer Garage is not responsible.

3. Oldtimer Garage is also not liable for damages resulting from flood, storm, fire, sand, dust or dirt, earthquakes, force majeure, surges and fluctuations in the power supply voltage, leakage of the battery or batteries, exposure of the goods to unreasonable sunlight, moisture, frost, heat and corrosive environments, due to theft or due to the connection of other devices not recommended for common connection.


Oldtimer Garage undertakes to deliver goods free from defects. The entire risk related to possible loss or damage to the goods rests with the buyer from the moment of receipt of the goods from the warehouse or from the carrier's hands, if the buyer decided to use his services. Oldtimer Garage is exempt from liability for damaged or lost parcels. In accordance with Polish transport law, such liability is assumed entirely by the carrier. If the event described above occurs, please contact our Customer Service Office. The time for considering a complaint depends on the conditions set out in the carrier's regulations. If the buyer does not collect the goods or refuses to accept them within the specified time, Oldtimer Garage is automatically released from order obligations and has the right to immediately sell the goods to other parties. In the event of non-delivery of the shipment due to the customer's fault (e.g. refusal), Oldtimer Garage reserves the right to charge the customer for the shipping costs of the undelivered shipment.
