Ignition switch, DKW Nz350, Nz250, Nz350/1
Principles of operation:
Ignition switch by default is intended for 6V alternator, in case of connection with 12V alternator you need to switch connector „6” with included in set connector „12”. Otherwise charging indicator light will be damaged.
Operating instruction:

key pushed to the bottom – only ignition, stop light and horn

key is pulled out from ignition switch - turning off ignition

small key is switched to position I (to the right) – front and back position light and: ignition, stop light and horn

small key is switched to position II (to the left) – back position light and low or high beam and: ignition, stop light and horn
WARNING! BIG KEY IS ONLY A DUMMY, ALL OPERATIONS MUST BE DONE WITH SMALL KEY!
Ignition switch connection instruction DKW Nz350:

47 – power from battery

55 – light switch power supply (low or high light) – it can also be used as speedometer backlight

54 – front position light - it can also be used as speedometer backlight

52 – power with key (ignition), ignition coil power supply, horn and alternatively stop light

53 – back position light
-
loose – charging indicator light – positive carbon brush for alternator (working on commutator) or, in case of substitute, out for charging indicator light
